RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange of equal or greater value. We do not offer refunds or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
1. RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. For purchases made with a credit card, the return value will be less the credit card fees.
2. RETURN PROCESS
In Short: We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.
Any fees incurred when shipping the product back to us are the responsibility of the buyer.
To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, making sure it's protected from moving inside of the shipping box, and mail your return to the following address:

We recommend not writing or printing the words "Luxury Watches" or "Fine Jewelry" on your package, for your safety.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your item. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. Once we have finished processing your item, we will contact you in order to start the exchange process.
